Suspicious deaths Edit

  • Donald Mackay - July 15, 1977. Anti-drug campaigner. Generally believed to have been killed by local mafia. John Jiggens claims Mackay was killed by policeman Fred Krahe on the orders of Frank Nugan "out of fear Mr Mackay would expose a money trail leading from the bank to several notorious Griffith marijuana growers."
  • Frank Nugan - January 1980. Officially a suicide. [1]
  • Michael Jon Hand - Disappeared in 1990. Death not confirmed; rumored to have traveled to the US under the name of Alan Glenn Winter in 1981.
